Storing Chilli Jam

Nigella's Chilli Jam (from Christmas and on the Nigella website) should be put into properly sterilized jars if it is to be stored for any length of time. Make sure that the lids are on tightly and store the jam in a cool, dark place for up to 1 year.

Once the jar has been opened it will keep for up to one month and should be stored in the fridge. If you are giving the Chilli Jam as a Christmas present then make sure that the label shows the use by date and all of the storage instructions.
