The sultanas in the recipe are a dried fruit made from a white grape that has a yellow skin. When dried, the sutanas retain a lighter (in comparison with raisins) or golden colour and in some places they are called golden raisins or golden sultanas. If you can't find sultanas/golden raisins then you can use the same quantity of regular raisins instead. There is also a fresh grape called a sultana, but this fresh fruit is not suitable for the recipe.
