Love bread pudding and since we have a fig tree love brandied fig sauce

Ingredients

Serves: Six servings unless you really

  • 1½ cups brandy
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ⅓ cup dried mission figs
  • ⅓ cup water

Method

  • Cover and gently simmer 10 minutes. Uncover and simmer until reduced to 1 cup. Should take around 20 minutes.
