Nigella's recipe for Gemelli With Anchovies, Tomatoes And Mascarpone (from AT MY TABLE) is a pasta dish with a quick sauce that can be made while the pasta cooks. Some of the ingredient measures are given in tablespoons as the amounts are fairly small and it is less fiddly just to use a tablespoon measure rather than weighing the ingredients.

For Nigella's recipes we state the tablespoon measurements as "x 15ml tablespooons". This is a standard UK (15ml) and US (½-ounce) tablespoon measure. However, in Australia a tablespoon measure is 20ml, so we state the tablespoon volume in millilitres for the avoidance of doubt. For the Gemelli recipe the mascarpone is 2 x 15ml tablespooons, which is 2 standard UK/US tablespoons or 30ml in total, or approximately 30g.
