I saw Nigella, on Nigella Kitchen, earlier this week, on Food Channel I think, cooking Tarragon Chicken and have not been able to find the recipe on either the Food Channel website or on her own website. Is it available online please?

Unfortuantely Nigella's publishers decide which recipes will appear on-line on various websites and at the moment you can only get the recipe for Tarragon Chicken on the US Food Network website. However the full recipe can be found in Nigella's book Kitchen on p64.
The beauty of the Tarragon Chicken recipe is that it is a very quick-time version of the classic poulet a l'estragon. And if this recipe appeals then you may like to try Nigella's Tarragon Salmon which is available on her website. This dish consists of pan-fried salmon fillets with a creamy tarragon sauce that is quickly made in the frying pan once the fish has finished cooking.
