Nigella's Honey Cake (from FEAST) is a moist, spiced cake. The cake is perfect on its own for tea, but if you want to serve it as a dessert then you can drizzle over a butterscotch or fudge sauce, as is shown in the photograph that accompanies the recipe.

Nigella's Salted Caramel Sauce would be a good sauce to serve with the cake, or you may like to try the No-Churn Salted Caramel Bourbon Ice Cream with the cake instead.
