This months cook-a-long was a luscious Lemon tart. I adapted the recipe by substituting half of the cream cheese for mascarpone as a love the creamy taste but i didn’t use it all as I worried that I’d miss the tang from the cream cheese. As well I added cinnamon and ginger to the base as I love the warm flavour that give. Along with decorating with the wonderful berries also brûlée the top.
