I couldn't resist the temptation of making your recipe with forest fruits in their peak season, so I asked my neighbor to stay with my 5 month old son. I didn’t put the lemon curd, instead I used some lemon juice and zest, and also a little bit of limoncello and some fresh mint. It tastes very fresh and not very sweet! Thank you for the recipe!
