The family isn't a huge fan of dark chocolate, so the icing is our custom family mix of Lindt light and 70% smooth dark chocolate. We also had a custom mix of sour cream and yoghurt - using what we had in the fridge rather than a trip to the shop! We needed to add a fair bit more icing sugar - not sure if perhaps this was because of the different chocolate mix? And of course the star sprinkles chosen by my girl who is a huge fan of sparkles and helped to bake the cake today!
