Happy to make recipe. Gives hope for a happy Summer and future. I used a jar of lemon curd but added the juice and zest of a lemon for a more tangy flavour. I added lemon slices for decoration and lemon zest, with a fine dusting of dark chocolate. Simply Nigella Simply Beautiful.
