While my average chocolate consumption consists of a lean mean 85%, there is still a place in my heart for the sweetness of white chocolate. I embraced the opportunity to greedily marry my two favourite cookie jar champions- cranberry and white chocolate cookies with ginger nuts. I followed the cream cheese topping word for word( though accidentally boiled the cream!) and to decorate I decided to make things even sweeter- injecting just a little kitsch with Jazzies and additional cookies. I may have fallen into a food coma post consumption but a happy coma it was.
