While this cheesecake is definitely more of a summery dessert (especially with fresh raspberries on top!), my daughter and I were inspired by snowy winter landscapes when coming up with the decoration design. To me, this resembles of bullfinches against the bright fresh snow, a vivid memory from childhood!
