White Chocolate Cheesecake I have to admit I wasn't going to enter this months cookalong simply because I am not a huge fan of white chocolate, but I did have some white chocolate that I wanted to use up so I gave it a go, I am very pleased that I did because this is truly lovely. I didn't use ginger nut for the base I used chocolate brownie biscuits, Im in thailand so ginger biscuits are expensive as they are imported and again back to the, I didn't expect to like this so I made do with some cheaper local biscuits. But these biscuits also worked out well. easy to make and really delightful, I may be converted to white chocolate.
