I used ginger-peanut biscuits for the base and so decided to top the cake with a peanut butter frosting and decorate it with white chocolate and golden peanuts to represent what is used to make the cheesecake. Everyone loved the end result, absolutely amazing flavor and texture. Thank you lovely Nigella for this awesome recipe.
