Hi, my name is Sophie and I'm 12 years old. I live in Tasmania, Australia and I love baking. Every month I look forward to having a go at Nigellas recipes, as they give me a challenge and they are always delicious! For this months recipe I made a raspberry puree and marbled it in with the cheesecake, I then added strawberries, raspberries, grated white chocolate and oats on top. Thank-you for this awesome and delicious recipe Nigella:)
