This is my first attempt at tart making and I couldn't be happier with the result. Staying true to its name, I resisted the urge to meticulously position each berry. No fuss, indeed, although I did sprinkle some superfine vanilla infused sugar over the berries. This is the perfect no bake dessert for my hot Florida climate.
