
Dear Nigella, Thank you very much for the lovely Easter Egg Biscuits recipe. I enjoyed the taste very much; the almond flour provides a delightful nutty flavor, and apricot jam is my favorite. Instead of store-bought, I used my homemade sugar-free apricot jam. The biscuits turned out wonderfully, and with the leftover dough, I even made some with a cross to complement the Easter symbols.
