I try to make these beautiful mini Christmas Puddini Bonbons each year to give to friends as a thank you for all they do for me! Its all part of my Christmas routine now, so therapeutic and fun to make. Its can be a messy business but with a delicate touch and cold hands they are easy to put together and look fabulous! A glass of left over pedro ximenez sherry is my little treat when they are done :-)
