Beef and Aubergine Fatteh. At My Table. Nigella Lawson. I was having friends over for lunch and this was recommended to me by a work colleague. This was the first time I have made it and it has been on repeat many years later. Beautiful flavours. Contrasting textures. Great to just dig in and enjoy! Really lovely.
