Nigellas (Seville) Orange Curd Tart from How to eat, went down a treat with special friends for dessert. All is not as it seems though, no Seville oranges so ordinary ones instead, then my sweet pastry was fragile and cracked when baked. Underneath the smooth orange curd is a layer of dark chocolate ganache plugging the gaps and stopping the curd escape. Then because no one wants waste the left over egg whites were used to make a chocolate tinged meringue, yum. Thanks/Diolch Nigella x
