I made Nigella’s Italian veal shank stew for Father’s Day lunch this year, and added some creamy polenta as a base. It was exactly the sort of meal I wanted for a slow family lunch, and a bit celebratory without trying too hard. I made the stew in advance which helped me relax and enjoy the day more. Definitely one I’d make again for a special occasion. Thank you, Nigella!
