Mint Julep Peaches Ever since I first watched Nigella make this recipe on television many years ago, I’ve eagerly anticipated the arrival of summer and, with it, the season of white peaches. Making Mint Julep Peaches has become one of my favorite summer traditions. What I love most about this recipe is how beautifully it celebrates each of its ingredients—the delicate sweetness of white peaches, the freshness of mint, and the warmth of bourbon. None overshadows the other; together, they create something truly special. A little taste of summer that I look forward to year after year!
