I recently got given a copy of “How To Be A Domestic Goddess” and I just had to try out these coconut macaroons. They were so simple to whip up but the result was truely delicious! Chewy yet fluffy and perfect as a little afternoon treat with a cup of tea. Thank you Nigella, you’ve done it again!
