A sumptuous simple Coffee & walnut cake from Nigella ‘Kitchen’ book. I’ve been wanting to bake this for ages but not realised Nigella had a smaller recipe till Bake off! A great cake for comfort baking and eating but not to be eaten too late in the day due to all that coffee… and great because it’s not kid friendly (unless you want them caffeine hooked and wild!)! All mine to share with the grown ups around, and there are many fighting over this!!!!
