This is a recipe I’ve been playing with for a while. I wanted to come up with a gluten-free banana bread — had indeed promised one to a friend — that I loved unreservedly. I didn’t want it to be ‘good for gluten-free’ but good full stop. And this is. Though that sells it short: it’s really, really good. I can’t stop eating it. Anyway, I know I taunted you all on Twitter and Instagram with this some time ago, so I’m thrilled to be able to bring it to you, at last. And I’m letting you know now that I have another banana bread in the works, too: a darkly divine chocolate tahini one. Watch this space!
