Beef and Aubergine Fatteh

This week’s addition to the website comes in the form of a layer-up of lusciousness: crisp, toasted pitta triangles, spiced aubergine and beef, garlicky tahini and yogurt with pomegranate seeds and fresh mint, and my favourite Aleppo pepper (though you could always use paprika in its place). In other words, welcome to the magnificence of my Beef and Aubergine Fatteh, to be eaten with fingers, nacho style!
