We're all crazy excited for the premiere of The Taste, on ABC at 8pm this evening (for more info, you can see my [Kitchen Witter][14446] and for further details go to The Taste website) but I'd be lying if I didn't tell you I also have butterflies in my tummy.
The 'we' in question you see below, Chef Ludo Lefebvre, moi, Anthony Bourdain and Brian Malarkey and although I wouldn't want to give anything away about the opening auditions program tonight, I must confess that, smiley though we might be in the photograph, we are not always in exact harmony with one another. Malarkey and Lefebvre are like oil and water and guess who is sitting in between them on our judges panel? Yes, yours truly - who has to keep them not only in order but prevent them from resorting from fisticuffs. You think I'm exaggerating? Watch and tell me then...
