It gives me so much pleasure to share recipes with you, and your lovely comments about the recipes you’re enjoying on the site bring me as much pleasure again (and I’ll be writing about that here shortly). I love this new addition so much, I have been impatient to be able to bring it to your table, too. So, I’ve managed to decipher the scrawl in my kitchen notebook, and have just posted this Quinoa Salad with Walnuts, Radishes and Pomegranate Seeds which I made as part of a birthday spread for a friend of mine last week. Even if you’re someone who raises an eyebrow in contempt or irony just at the mention of the word ‘quinoa’, once you try this your prejudices will be banished.
