Boil macaroni, drain and then keep aside. Take olive oil add onions and fry until it turns brown then add green chiles, and tomatoes.Fry a little. Add sausages and fry until the tomato is smashed properly. Then add boiled macaroni, ground pepper and salt. Now stir well keep it close for two minutes...garnish with coriander leaves...serve hot.
- 1 cup macaroni
