Ingredients

Metric Cups
  • applewood smoked cheddar
  • olive oil
  • 1 can chopped tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • any vegetables (whatever you fancy)
  • 2 tablespoons soft cream cheese
  • sugar
  • salt
  • farfalle pasta
  • pepper

Method

  1. Add olive oil to medium pan. Add veg and fry for 5 mins.
  2. Then add garlic. Stir for further 2 mins.
  3. Add tomatoes. Add soft cheese, salt and pepper and sugar if needed. Simmer for 20 mins.
  4. Pour over your cooked pasta and grate over applewood smoked cheese and serve - mmmmmmmm.

Additional Information

You can really add anything you like to this recipe, i learned it from my grandfather who was Italian. you can also add any meat you might like ie chorizo, chicken even add meatballs to the sauce. Lovely!
