Flatten chicken to 3/8 inches thickness; place in skillet. Add broth, bring to a boil over medium heat. While this is happening mix together the lemon juice, pepper, garlic powder and herbs in a bowl. When you have brought the chicken to a boil, lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Turn chicken and sprinkle it with seasoning. Cook for 3- 5 minutes longer or until juices run clear. Garnish according to choice.

- 1 cup chicken broth
Seasonings
- 3 teaspoons lemon juice
- 3 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons dried herbs (whatever you have on hand)
