Metric Cups
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 3 tablespoons cornflour
  • 125 millilitres white sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 medium eggs
  • 1 milk
  • 1 sprinkling of cinnamon (for top)

  • 4⅖ fluid ounces granulated sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 medium eggs
  • 1 milk
  • 1 sprinkling of cinnamon (for top)

Method

  • Beat together: flour, mazina, sugar, salt and eggs.
  • Slowly add the 1 litre warmed milk (make sure there's no skin).
  • Microwave for two min on high, stirring every 30 secs.
  • Pour over biscuit crust and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
