Ilana's Mama Mia Pizza Dough

                                    You dissolve a sachet of active dry yeast with a cup of warm water in a warmed bowl. Then you add two tsp of olive oil, 1/2 tsp of salt, and 2 1/2 cups of flour. You mix and knead by hand or with dough hook adding flour as needed.. i usually add a tad bit more water, or flour, as needed... until dough is elastic and shiny.  Rise for an hour, punch down, and then put on a pizza tray and stretch out dough (this part is super easy, this dough is super elastic and not sticky at all), put toppings,  bake at 400 for 15-17 minutes.

This is really being posted here as I am too lazy to print it out and keep searching for it every time I make pizza! I think it is from her KA book! It is also too good to ignore! The ultimate dough!
