Metric Cups

For the Salad

  • 10 button mushrooms
  • 375 millilitres cherry tomatoes
  • 500 millilitres beansprouts

For the Dressing

  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1½ tablespoons olive oil
  • fresh basil
  • celery salt
  • salt
  • pepper

  • 13 fluid ounces cherry tomatoes
  • 18 fluid ounces bean sprouts

For the Dressing

  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1½ tablespoons olive oil
  • fresh basil
  • celery salt

Method

  • Chop the mushrooms vertically into fine strips and sautee in olive oil. Toss along with the sprouts and tomatoes.
  • Mix the olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and seasoning in a separate container. Use your discretion when it comes to the seasoning, sometimes too much destroys the taste of the sprouts and mushrooms.
  • Once youre satisfied with the dressing, toss it with the salad, and youre done!
