Garlic Clams
A community recipe by blackpoppyNot tested or verified by Nigella.com
Introduction
These clams were so simple fresh and delicious, in fact everything was, like the tuna tartare and the grilled herb marinated baby octopus, it was like sitting in a sushi bar the way some of the tapas was prepared and presented. Eat these with pan con tomate (tomato and olive oil on French bread toast).
