Serves: 6-8 people

Metric Cups
  • 1 kilogram plain yoghurt
  • 397 grams condensed milk
  • 2 lemons
  • lemon rind
  • 2⅕ pounds plain yogurt
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 lemons
  • lemon rind

Method

  • Using your serving bowl,beat the condensed milk and the juice of the lemons with a whisk.
  • Add the yoghurt as well as the rind from the lemons. Leave to set in the fridge - an hour or two.
  • May serve with crushed biscuits on top or leave plain.
