Ingredients

Serves: 2 glasses

Metric Cups
  • natural yoghurt
  • 500 grams sugar
  • 250 millilitres water (cold)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • natural yoghurt
  • 18 ounces sugar
  • 8⅘ fluid ounce water (cold)
  • 1 pinch of salt

  • Mix all ingredients in a Blender. Blend really well, until sugar granules dissolves completely.
  • More Sugar can be added according to taste.
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve in a tall glass with crushed ice. Can accompanied with dinner/after dinner

    • Buy some Mango nectar ( fresh mango juice - pulpy) and add to the yoghurt before blending. Mmmmmm..........!
