- 200 grams dark chocolate (70%)
- 300 millilitres cream
- 30 millilitres brandy
- 30 millilitres cocoa powder (sieved)
- whipped cream (to serve)
- 7 ounces bittersweet chocolate (70%)
- 10½ fluid ounces cream
- 1 fluid ounces brandy
- 1 fluid ounces unsweetened cocoa (sieved)
- whipped cream (to serve)
