Lovely Home Made Bread

Introduction

This is a very easy recipe and I use it almost every week.Sorry there wasn't any other Choice so I put nothing.The lovely thing about this bread is that you can put garlic,course salt and spices (Fresh or Dried) or even cheese on top but it's also nice just plain.

Ingredients

Serves: 4-6

4 cups cake flour
1 packet dried yeast
warm water (enough to make a dough)
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
olive oil (for glazing)

Method

Set your Oven at 200C.Line a bread pan with Baking Paper and butter both sides.

Place all the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Make a well in the center and add the warm water. Form mixture into a nice elastic dough with your hands.

Place in a warm space for about 15-20 minutes.

Take it out and reform the dough place into the bread pan then paint some olive oil on top and bake for 45 minutes or until a testing needle comes out clean. Et voila.
