Ingredients

  • 1 punnet mushrooms
  • 250 millilitres fresh cream
  • 250 millilitres sour cream
  • mozzarella
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 1 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon barbeque spice
  • 1 teaspoon chicken spice
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 kilogram chicken breasts
  • 1 large onion
  • salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 packet fettuccine

  • 8⅘ fluid ounce fresh cream
  • 8⅘ fluid ounce sour cream
  • mozzarella
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon barbeque spice
  • 1 teaspoon chicken spice
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 2⅕ pounds chicken breasts
  • 1 large onion
  • salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Method

  • Sauté onions add chicken and garlic and spices and salt.
  • Add chopped mushrooms.
  • Make pasta with 1tblspoon salt and 1tblspn olive oil and bring to boil with 2lts water.
  • Add mayonnaise to chicken and mushroom mixture. Add chicken mixture to sour cream and fresh cream . Allow to thicken a bit.
  • Add cheese over the top.
  • Sprinkle with Origanum and bake for 10 min in the oven
