I made this up for nights when I am time poor. This works well with good shop bought pesto. For variations try it with a few cups of cooked chicken or use gnocchi in place of the penne.
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 125 millilitres dry white wine
- 510 grams penne pasta
- 63 millilitres pesto
- 311 millilitres cream
- 57 grams toasted pinenuts
