Metric Cups
  • 100 grams ham (cut into small pieces)
  • 1 kilogram flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 100 millilitres water
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 125 millilitres oil
  • 4 ounces ham (cut into small pieces)
  • 2⅕ pounds flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3½ fluid ounces water
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • ½ cup oil

Method

  • Put the water in a bowl. Add the flour and start kneading.
  • When the dough begins mix add the eggs one at a time, continuing to knead.
  • Once everthing is smooth add the baking powder, salt, oil and ham which has been cut into small pieces, and finish kneading.
  • Let it rise for 5 hours. Divide into small buns and place on a baking tray and bake at 180° for 25 minutes in conventional oven.
