Smoothies are tasty, healthy and are great no matter what time of the year. This recipe will really set you up for the day!


Serves: 1

  • 1 banana
  • 1 handful raspberries
  • 250 reduced fat milk
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • Place the fruit in a juicer. Turn it on until the fruit is mushy.
  • Add the other ingredients and turn back on for about 30 seconds.
