I needed to find a way to use leftover Italian Sausages with Lentils, and this was the result. My family really looks forward to this.
- 2 cups lentils
- 1 Italian sausages
- 1 small onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 stick celery
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 6 cups beef broth
- 2 carrots
- 3 bay leaves
