A kind of thin biscuit made with rolled oats


Serves: 35

  • 3 ounces margarine (or butter)
  • ⅓ cup quick-cooking oats
  • ⅓ cup wheat flour
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cream
  • 2 tablespoons light syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder

  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  • Melt margarine or butter in a pan. Add the other ingredients while stirring.
  • Use a spoon to place the batter on a baking paper clad oven tray.
  • Bake for ca 5 minutes.
