Introduction

Mineiro Com Botas (Minerman in boots) A typical and ancient Minas Gerais (Brazil) dessert. Why "Minerman in Boots"? White shirts (cheese) Dark pants (guavaÂ´s paste) Raw leather yellow Boots (bananaÂ´s sweet)

Ingredients

Serves: 6

12 bananas
3 cups sugar
3 cinnamon sticks
½ cup water
cheese (your choice)

Method

In a pan heat the sugar, water and cinnamon chips 'til caramel consistency, add the sliced bananas, low the fire. Mix it slowly 'til cover all bananas and let it cooking.

Drop the banana's sweet in a "Pyrex form" add one layer of "sweet guava paste" and one layer of sliced white cheese.

Put on oven to gratin. Let it cool and put in refrigerator for 1 hour before TO EAT IT ALL.
