When Nigella said her favourite cheese was Gorgonzola, I had to make Mac N Cheese out of it! Quick, easy and delicious.
- 17½ fluid ounces cream
- 1 cup gorgonzola cheese
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons flour
- pasta (shells)
- 5 sticks chives (optional)
- breadcrumbs (or matzo meal - optional)
