Ingredients
Serves: 4
- 250 grams prawns (shelled and deveined)
- 2 medium onions
- 3 green chillies
- 2½ centimetres fresh ginger
- 5 cloves garlic
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric
- 1 handful fresh coriander (chopped)
- 1 can coconut milk
- lemon juice
- 8⅚ ounces shrimp (shelled and deveined)
- 2 medium onions
- 3 green chiles
- ⅞ inch fresh gingerroot
- 5 cloves garlic
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric
- 1 handful cilantro (chopped)
- 1 can coconut milk
- lemon juice

For those who can stand the heat, you can add up to 6 green chillies. I usually sieve this with steamed rice, but you can also serve it with a crusty bread or boiled noodles.
