                                    First marinade chicken pieces in ginger, garlic, red chilli,salt mixture and keep aside for whole night. Then next day roast them in oven in medium heat with brushing them in butter for 10-15 mins till golden crisp on chicken . Then take 3 tsp butter in wok on low heat. Fry onion slices. take out and grind in grinder . make a paste. Put that paste in same wok with butter. Add red chile powder, Garam Masala, Salt and tomato puree. Mix well till oil separates. Add chicken pieces. Mix well so that gravy covers the pieces. Add 3 tsp of butter and Ground nut paste. simmer for 2-3- mins. At last add Cream and simmer for 3-4 mins . - 2¼ pounds chicken
- 6 teaspoons butter
- 2 teaspoons ginger paste
- 2 teaspoons garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon red chile powder
- 2 onions
- 1 cup tomato paste
- ½ cup cream
- salt
- 1 cup cilantro
- ¼ cup groundnut paste
