Cut cottage cheese in big cubes. Mix curry powder,peanut sauce,salt in a bowl Marinade vegetables in this mixture and keep for 20 mis. Thread in four skewers and Grill on Charcoal Fire. Sprinkle chaat masala on it and Serve hot.
